The management team is very open and friendly. Service team is great and they fix everything with in 24 hours.

They are kind and always welling to help. Uppertown is pet friendly and love to hand them treats. The maintenance staff is bar none and fix work orders right away. The grounds are beautiful with lush green grass.

UpperTown Apartments is a really great place to live. So much so that I do not have any plans of ever moving. The management team here is super nice. They are available during the week & Saturdays. Great communication. The grounds are cleaned daily! The lawns are groomed. There is a playground, dog park and community garden. They accept large dogs. My neighbors in my building are all sweethearts.

Moving my daughter to the St. Cloud area has been very emotional. Then we discovered Upper Town Apartments. The whole experience took so much stress off of us. They were able to accommodate a quick application, turnaround time and a quick move in. The staff has just been fantastic. Kind, friendly, caring, and fun!
